CHURCH Ministry Church Ministry is progressing very well in Salem, Tamil Nadu. Everyday, new people are added to the Church of God. A new Church was built in the year 2001 and dedicated for worship. Since there are no church buildings for the various gatherings, new believers in many places are worshipping in houses. Prayer and support are requested to assist the ministry to build new churches. MERCY Home Light of Christ Ministries has recently started a new Mercy Home for orphans in Salem, Tamil Nadu. These children are well brought up on the foundation of solid Christian principles. LOC Ministries is planning to expand this ministry by increasing the number of children in the Salem Mercy Home and by also starting new Mercy Homes in the surrounding regions of Tamil Nadu. BIBLE School  Bible Schools to train evangelists and Pastors in local languages have become an immediate goal of the LOC Ministries. There is a shortage of ministers to work in the villages. Efforts are being made to start a Tamil Bible School in Salem City, Tamil Nadu this comming academic year.
